ORGANIC PASTAS

A wide variety of organic pasta. It might be classic or special and coloured:
- Different shapes: Spaghettis, tagliatelles, tortils, spirals, elbows, etc.
- Our specialities are made from different flours such as sweet chesnut, spelt, or quinoa, in combination with wheat. Our creativity is expressed by including in the recipe vegetables, aromatic herbs, spices or seaweeds. We use only organic ingredients and essential oils but add no aroma or colourings, even natural ones.
- Pastas with fresh eggs
- Natural pasta white, 1/2 whole, whole .
Our pastas are made in Ardèche.
