ORGANIC SEASONING BASED ON SHIITAKE AND CHIA SEEDS

A special line of READY-TO-USE preparations based on Shiitake granulated mushroom born from the careful search for an innovative, healthy, practical and tasty product. Different blends specifically designed to balance each recipe with taste and well-being.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS Typical mushroom flavour with a strong spicy aroma deriving from spices and a spicy smell; crunchy consistency of seeds and Shiitake. A colour deriving from the mix of powders: black chia seeds and brown Shiitake. HOW TO USE Add it 3 minutes before the end of cooking. It can be used in the creaming phase or simply by pan-frying it with a fat of your choice (e.g. EVO oil). Ideal with blue fish and vegetable creams. STORAGE Store it at room temperature away from light and heat.
