SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS Typical fungal flavour and sweet tendency given by coconut, typical coconut smell; creamy consistency after cooking, a colour resulting from the mix of powders: very light brown Shiitake, white coconut. HOW TO USE Add it 3 minutes before the end of cooking. It can be used in the creaming phase or simply by pan-frying it with a fat of your choice (e.g. EVO oil). Ideal with white meat, rice and shellfish. STORAGE Store it at room temperature away from light and heat.
