SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS Undergrowth flavour: a mushroom and hazelnut aroma deriving from hemp and a spicy smell; crunchy consistency from seeds and mushroom. HOW TO USE Add it 3 minutes before the end of cooking. It can be used in the creaming phase or simply by pan-frying it with a fat of your choice (e.g. EVO oil).Ideal with wholemeal and legumes. STORAGE Store it at room temperature away from light and heat.
