Paella

Our take on this classic Spanish dish; we take organic chorizo and chicken pieces and brown in a pan and set aside. Next we soften the onions in a hot pan with garlic and seasoning, adding rice with our own homemade chicken stock and cook gently. We return the chicken and chorizo to the pan, add fresh prawns and simmer to infuse flavours
