Ambra, that is the most historical brand in Apulia , has been interpreting pasta as a convivial moment of joy, full of flavour, love and sharing since 1889.

A hundred-year-old tradition contained in the painting of the famous illustrator Boccasile Gino, who invites you to taste a plate of steaming pasta.

Our manufacturing facilities are located in Corigliano d'Otranto(LE) and Matera. With our eight production lines we are able to produce a very wide range of products ranging from traditional formats to couscous, lasagne, “tricolour” pasta etc.
