Pasta «Farfalle»

TM «PANZANI» - is pasta from durum wheat. In the grain of durum wheat starch is in crystalline form. With proper grinding crystalline starch is not destroyed. There is no fat in the pasta from durum wheat and it contains more vegetable protein than soft varieties of pasta. Carbohydrates break down slowly in it and are not saved in "problem areas".
