Pastel de Nata 60g e 80g
The most traditional Portuguese dessert that is getting more famous by the minute! We have this product in different presentations. For food service you can have in boxes of 60 units raw, needing thawing (30 minutes) and baking (about 10 minutes, depending of the oven). You can also have fully baked in boxes of 60 units. You can then either thaw and serve or flash in the oven just for it to warm up and get extra crispiness (5 minutes at 250ºC from frozen).
The other option is the retail packaging (our brand or private label) in boxes of 6 units for the client to take frozen and finish at home.
