Pato Real Minuto is the easy, fast and naturally delicious solution for people who demand quality but have little time to spare. Delicious recipes for meals and side dishes prepared with Pato Real rice and high quality ingredients, produced with passion, know-how and standards of excellence that have been handed down from generation to generation.

These products need no refrigeration. They maintain the quality of a fresh, home-cooked meal thanks to a heat sterilisation process that does not involve the addition of colourings, preservatives or flavour enhancers. Ready to eat anywhere. Just heat in a microwave oven, conventional oven or bain-marie.

Pato Real Minuto was developed in order to add value a portuguese food resource -“Carolino” (long grain japonica rice) - and to create a line of full meals (and rice side-dishes) cooked in their own juices, made with non-parboiled rice. Probably we're the only company in the world using Japonica rice of high quality and not-parboiled, so that it absorbs the flavours of the recipe as it cooks to produce a unique homemade tasting rice.
