- Rich in Vitamin E, with high levels of polyphenols - which give it great antioxidant value - blocks lipid
peroxidation and reduces cholesterol levels.
Long Life Peanut
The oxidation rate is an important factor to determinate determines the nutritional and storage attributes of the peanut (Shelf Life). High Oleic peanuts ratio is around 75%. This is why it last 15 times more than regular peanuts. This feature makes it highly beneficial for human health because increases those highdensity lipoproteins (good cholesterol) and reduce those of low-density (bad cholesterol), which diminish cardiovascular risks.
