Peanut Butter / Peanut Paste

Description: Peanut butter made from peanut, runner type, high-oleic kind, fresh, free of tegument and roasted, obtained through grinding and homogenisation process and adding sugar, salt and stabilizer, with characteristic roasted peanut flavour and odours.

Sensorial Features: Smooth butter of a uniform color and surface. Roasted flavored, neither rancid nor acid. It has a fresh roasted peanut scent free of strange odours.
