PEPPER - The king of spices

■ GROUND PEPPER ( 100 or 50 grams packing, 40 grams per jar)
■ PEPPERCORNS (50 grams packing, 38 grams per jar)
■ RED HOT CHILI POWDER ( 50 grams packing, 32 grams per jar)
■ PAPRICA SWEET POWDER (100 or 50 grams packing, 35 grams per jar)
■ GROUND WHITE PEPPER (38 grams per jar)
■ GREEN PEPPERCORNS (20 grams per jar)

The black Pepper comes from the fruits of the Pepper Tree.
The White Pepper comes from the Black. Just before the Black Pepper matures, it is sunk into water where it is scrambled until its shell is off.
The Red is a special variety of Pepper which is produced in Brazil.
