Peppersweet filled with fresh cheese

The star within the antipasti-segment of DIE KÄSEMACHER is the “Peppersweet”. This sweet and mild peppers were the first vegetables which were filled with a heart of cheese. After a careful ripening, every single fruit is handpicked – which is essential for good harvest results. Following the fruits receive their heart of finest fresh cheese and become a real “Peppersweet”. 

The fruit is a unique breed from DIE KÄSEMACHER and is characterized by it´s crisp bite and the mild and sweet taste. The seeds are cultivated by longstanding tradition and in a lovingly detailed manner. This is the only way to guarantee a flavourful, crisp bite and the delicious pulp of every single fruit. DIE KÄSEMACHER have a strong relationship to their partners. The use if the finest raw materials and a respectful approach with nature are very important to them. After a careful harvest, the fresh vegetables are ready for a fast transportation to the Waldviertel where they are filled by hand and put into the packaging one by one in Vitis.
