Peranzana Olives - 190g

Olives in brine from “Peranzana” olives variety. These small, black, thin skin olives have a very intense flavor. After the harvest they are cleaned and preserved in jars with very light salty water to fully capture their natural bitter flavor. Enjoy them as an appetizer or as a precious ingredient in salads or fish and meet marinades.
The olives are preserved in glass jars, without any addition of preservatives, colorants or food additives.

Ingredients: Peranzana Olives 70 %, water, salt.

Store: Please, keep the jar in a dry and cool place, away from lights. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
