pesto topping

it is a fresh product made of basil, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, pine nuts and cheese. It is suitable to dress pasta, but also salad and sandwich.

Our pesto is fresh, not pasteurized and stable at room temperature for 18 months at room temperature. It doesn't contain any preservatives. it is stable only because of the low Aw and the pH.

In this way the taste, the flavour and the colour of the product is very intense  and very similar to the pesto made of fersh basil
