Phyllo Dough Half Circle Cashew filled (Baklava)
Traditionally produced layered phyllo dough filled with a generous portion of premium cashew nuts, followed by a final multilayer of phyllo dough rolled into a string, then cut in bite size pieces. Pieces are placed into a CPET container, the whole submerged in pure animal ghee then shock frozen and wrapped into a BOPP film.
