Organic Dried Figs. Figs are calibrated, checked for the aflatoxine, washed, checked for second aflatoxin, dried in the dehydration tunnels passed through the laser and x-ray sorters before manipulated on the tables then pass through the metal detector. They can be packed as their natural form or manipulated as protoben, lerida, baglama, pulled, layer, garland, lokhoum,  makaroni etc. The clips can be cut of, if requested. Production, processing. transport and labelling comply with the requirements of related regulations for organic agriculture, i.e., EC 834/2007, 889/2008,  Demeter, Bio Suisse, JAS, NOP etc.
