Plant based - LEGUME SNACKS

"It’s legume o’ clock" is produced using a technological process that respects the natural nutritional properties of each of the ingredients and maintains their organoleptic characteristics. The snack bars are crunchy, crumbly and tasty whilst at the same time boasting a low glycaemic index with no added simple sugars. They are also guaranteed to be nutritionally balanced thanks to their whole wheat ingredients and the presence of high protein legumes. We don’t take away or modify the raw ingredients.

The line is created togheter with the University of Bologna.
