mainly made up of a mushrooms mixture as follows:
Dried and re-hydrated porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis);
Meadow mushrooms (agaricus bisporus).
Frozen porcini mushrooms (B. Edulis e related group)
The mushrooms are browned with olive oil and aromatic vegetables in a special kettler.
The final compound, finely cutted, is potted in glass jars and subsequently pasteurized.
The result is a dense and delicate mushroom sauce with a marked mushroom taste .
Use suggestions: excellent with red or white meate courses, fish, toasts, sandwiches, sauces, stuffed meals.
Packaging: 12 jars
Conservation and expiry date: to be conserved in fresh and dry place far away from heat and direct light sources; after the opening to be conserved in refrigerator and consumed within a few days.
