These innovative products have been created in collaboration with a Michelin-starred Chef, Philippe Brun, and are dedicated especially for Food Service professionals. The range includes: Mushrooms Juices, Mushrooms Coulis and Porcini Duxelle.
Applications of coulis A concentrate of mushrooms to be added to recipes incrementally according to the intensity of flavor desired (between 5% to 12% coulis recommended). Ready to use in risottos, marinades, prepared dishes, vegetable sautés, soups, sauces, mashed potatoes and creams.
