Types Of Product Available :- 1. Seawater Party Gambas • Party gambas are ready-cooked and partly shelled for maximum convenience. All the chef has to do is defrost them, and they are ready for use. Perfect for cold dishes, they may also be gently heated. The eye-catching red tails make for attractive presentation. 2. Seawater King Prawns • Shell-on prawns (in many cases easy-peel with cut down the back) are excellent for boiling, frying and grilling. If preferred, they can first be marinated. They are perfect for making luxury exotic dishes. The shell imparts extra flavour to the meat during cooking. 3. Seawater King Prawns • King prawns with head and shell, also known as gambas, are perfect for grilling as this method of cooking allows the meat to absorb the barbecue flavour through the shell while preventing it from drying out thanks to the shell's protection. 4. Prawn Skewers • Carefully skewered prawns, usually weighing 100 g, are quick and convenient to work with as they provide a predefined portion size. They are also easy to prepare as they cook evenly all over. Approximately 11–12 prawns per skewer. 5. Arctic Prawns • These exceptionally flavoursome prawns are caught in the depths of northern waters. They can be supplied cooked with head and shell, or cooked and peeled in various sizes.
