Premium Chicken FILLET

A fully cooked, uncalibrated product made of chicken fillet, roasted and individually quick frozen. The shape is natural. The surface of the product is light beige with visible signs of roasting. The colour of the meat on crosss section is light beige. The flavour and aroma are characteristic for roasted chicken meat, with a slightly salty aftertaste. The texture is frim. Single, tiny areas of incomplete coverage in the coating and slight patches of frost on the coating may occur on the frozen product.
