Preserved duck (12 pieces)

Generous duck legs to return to the pan along with potatoes sarladaises, porcini mushrooms chanterelles, parsley or green beans. A tasty dish was married with a slightly tannic red wine. All our ducks are raised outdoors and fed corn grain to ensure optimum quality.
