PRIVATE LABEL EXAMPLE - ERAORA SPAR - Clams with White Wine Sauce
Frozen seafood medley with sauce easy to prepare, just heat it in a pan and serve with pasta, rice or gnocchi in only 8 minutes.
The product is available in 450gr or 300gr. Also for private label.
Cooking Instructions: (1) Boil around 250g/300g of pasta/rice in salted water. While the pasta/rice is boiling, pour the frozen sauce into a pan on high heat. Cover with a lid and leave cooking for about 4 mins. (2) Turn the heat to medium and remove the lid. Cook the sauce for 4 mins, blending the sauce every once in awhile. (3) Once the pasta/rice is firmly cooked, drain the excess water, pour the pasta/rice into the pan and stir it into the sauce for about 1 minute until blended.
