Puff Pastry is a specially designed dough, made from premium quality flour and vegetable margarine which, when baked, it rises, forming thin layers of dough. It is suitable for your sweet and savoury culinary creations.

Each package contains 2 pre-rolled sheets.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in freezer (-18 °C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase. Once thawed do not refreeze.

SHELF LIFE: 18 months from production date.
