Pure Sea Salt and Vinegars

Oleoestepa has selected as complements to our Extra Virgin Olive Oils: Flor de Sal (“Salt Flower”) from the Atlantic, it’s a crystalline white pure sea salt, handharvested with the action of the sun and the wind and the Salt Maker’s control from San Fernando, Cádiz. And our Vintage Sherry Vinegar and Vintage Sherry Vinegar with Pedro Ximenez (sweet wine), aged in American oak barrels following the traditional maturation system of “Criaderas and Soleras”, both belonging to the Designation of Origin Jerez (Spain's famous sherry producing region).
