A traditional Danish Crown with custard and a raspberry filling. We bake this specialty with wheat flour, free-range eggs and 40% butter. Supplied with white icing.
Baking instructions: Bake directly from frost in pre-heated convection oven for approx. 18-20 minutes at 190 °C. It's advisable keep the exhaust open.
