These ready-to-eat dishes of farro comprise a mixture of organic farro triticum dicoccum and organic legumes, all grown in Italy and produced and certified accordance with the standards of UNI EN ISO 22005/2008. We wanted to create four typical Umbrian recipes with the authentic flavors of our region that would bring to our customers the culinary traditions of Umbria. These ready-to-eat dishes can be consumed as chilled salads of faro, as accompaniments to main courses or can simply be added to vegetable broth to create a hearty soup.
