MARE s.p.a. has thought about our youngest clients and their mothers.Children, who may normally steer away from fresh fish due to problems with the small bones and their moms who shy away from the scaling and gutting process and the time necessary to then prepare. Our solution to this problems has been to develop our fish medallions. A practical and quick method to prepare, like a hamburger on a bun with tomatoes, lettuce and a sauce or cooked with a sauce.
