Thanks to the excellent inner values of the fruit, no additives are used in the production of the product, 99,6% red fleshed Red Moon apples and 0,4% carbonic acid. The red colouring of the flesh is completely natural and derives from the anthocyanin content of the apple, those red pigments with an antioxidant effect.
