Boil rice in plenty of salted water for 30-35 minutes; add some extra virgin olive oil and a fresh tomato sauce.

Our Red Rice comes from Italy. It is a brown rice produced in limited quantities. The medium-long grain is ruby red and particularly rich in fibres and antioxidants. Highly digestible when boiled or dressed with extra virgin olive oil and a fresh tomato sauce.
