Rigatoni Pasta | Gluten Free
This gluten-free Rigatoni pasta (500g) is made from 100% corn flour.
Rigatoni are a form of tube-shaped pasta of varying lengths and diameters. They are larger than penne and are slightly curved, though nowhere near as curved as macaroni. Rigatoni characteristically have ridges down their length, spiraling around the tube. And unlike penne, rigatoni's ends are cut square (perpendicular) to the tube walls instead of diagonally. They have a longer cooking time at about 14 - 16 minutes.
