RTE/Soft Dried Apricots, sulfured (private label) doy pack
Dried RTE apricots as whole pitted. SO2 is used to promote colour retention during drying. The dried apricots are washed, re-dried in the dehydration tunnels and selected, then made ready to eat boiling. Sorbic acid is used as an antimicrobial during rehydration. The product shall be moist in appearance but not saggy.
