Thaw & Serve product. The best of two worlds: A rye bread sandwich that contains an abundance of rye, fibre and kernels. An irresistible combination! We bake it with steamed cracked rye kernels, sunflower seeds and linseed to create good flavour and a delicious crumb.

Baking instructions: Defrost at 24 °C for 60 minutes before baking. Baking time: 2-3 minutes at 180 °C. For best results, toast in a contact grill.
