EUROCAVIAR has developed a new product, marketed as “SALMÓN SHIKRÁN”, which adds to the company’s present range of caviar substitutes. “SALMÓN SHIKRÁN” is elaborated with smoked salmon, a perfect substitute for the traditional salmon roe. As is the case with the rest of EUROCAVIAR’S products, “SALMÓN SHIKRÁN” is very useful as a cooking ingredient: its flavour, texture and high quality remain unaltered even if exposed to high temperatures, all of which explains its leadership in the market SALMÓN SHIKRÁN is a Semi-Preserved pasteurized product with an expiration date of 14 months if kept between 2º and 12º degrees centigrades.
