Made from only fresh premium grade Atlantic salmon fillets this product delivers a perfect center of the plate gourmet experience and stunning presentation every time. Each portion is flavor infused for succulence and has an outer coating of cracked peppercorn and zesty lemon, topped with a pat of savory herb infused butter. As the butter melts during baking it continually bastes the salmon producing a moist and flaky product.
