SAN GIULIANO "FREGOLA TRADITIONAL SARDINIAN PASTA"

San Giuliano Fregola Sarda Toasted and Plain is made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and water and dried. In order to obtain the Toasted version, it is then toasted in an oven where it gradually obtains its typical golden brown colour and particular flavour and fragrance. This toasting process is the link to tradition as in the past the Fregola was made in homes after baking bread in the wood oven.
