San Giuliano "ROASTED TOMATOES" are selected and carefully harvested between July and September in order to have full ripen, intense red fruits. After being roasted, tomatoes are seasoned with aromatic herbs, then preserved in oil, this makes for a fragrant, firm and rich in taste product.
San Giuliano roasted tomatoes are very versatile. They can be eaten as an appetizer or side dish to go with roasted meat or fish, or minced to enrich sauces and soups.
