Sandwich ice creams

Balbiino’s vanilla ice cream with cocoa cookies is one of the company’s main export products. The rich-tasting cocoa cookies and vanilla ice cream are a lovely taste combination that has not gone unnoticed among ice cream lovers in many countries. We also make ice creams where one-half is covered with cookies and the other half is glazed. Available flavors as of March 2015 are vanilla, peppermint and banana with chocolate filling. As of glazing we use yoghurt or chocolate glazing.

Ice creams can be made from natural cream, vegetable fat, yoghurt or lactose free cream.
