Types of Products Available:
1.Truffled Sauce.
Product made with summer truffle, mushrooms, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, salt and flavorings. It is suitable as a basis for all truffle dishes such as bruschetta, omelettes, pasta dishes or pizzas. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the refrigerator.
2.White Truffle Sauce.
Produced with white truffle, bianchetto truffle, mushrooms, nuts, butter, cream, extra virgin olive oil, Parmiggiano Reggiano, vegetable broth, salt and flavorings. It's great to prepare bruschetta or pasta dishes such as noodles. Once opened, it should be covered with extra virgin olive oil, stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days.
