With over 25 year’s expertise in making pastry in the West of Ireland, Green Isle produces a delicious range of short crust and puff pastry products for both savoury and sweet dishes. We produce meat, seafood, vegetarian and sweet fillings in our pastry products using only quality ingredients. New to the market, Green Isle Foods have launched an exciting range of frozen savoury pies, popular quiches & a delicious pork Wellington under the Green Isle Bakehouse brand. Our savoury pie range includes 2 individual single serve pies in two delicious flavours - pulled pork in a rich barbecue sauce encased in puff pastry or a chicken and bacon pie with a rich creamy sauce encased in puff pastry.
Our quiches are made with a light short crust pastry case and the range includes the traditional quiche Lorraine with a egg, bacon & cheddar cheese filling or a cheddar cheese,leek & onion quiche.
Our latest edition to the Bakehouse range is a premium Pork Wellington, which is slow cooked pork tenderloin wrapped in a creamy sauce enriched with grilled mushrooms encased in puff pastry. Recently, launched in Denmark, this product is being rolled out across Europe.
We also produce a delicious range of family pies, sharing pies, savoury lattices in a selection of flavours as well as a large selection of sausage rolls.
