Sea Buckthorn Oil

The sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) is a widespread plant in Europe. Between the thorns of the branches small orange berries are growing whose positive effects are enormous. NATECO2 is extracting sea buckthorn fruits with European origin and oils with a very high level of Carotenoids, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Vitamin K and unsaturated fatty acids are produced. The extracts can for example be applied in food supplements in case of lack of essential fatty acids and lipophilic vitamins or in cosmetics for dermal applications against dry and chapped skin.
