Seasoning and oven bags
Simply put the chicken, meat, pork or fish into the oven bag, add the seasoning, tie the oven bag, shake and cook in the oven. The dish will be cooked in its own juice, without added fat, taking on all of the seasoning's flavour. What is more, when the bag is removed from the oven, the tray will be clean.
We manufacture a wide range of specific seasoning recipes for each market and client: paprika and tomato, provincial herbs, garlic and onion, curry and coconut for chicken; lemon, dill and chive, cream and white wine, for fish; barbecued pork ribs; mustard grilled veal, etc.
