Shaped meat portions, precooked, IQF. Breaded or not.

We start from beautiful pieces of meat that are ground to form into burgers in all sizes and shapes. The burgers are made with all kinds of meat, from poultry and beef to pork, lamb, rabbit or game meat. To vary, we like to mix vegetables and herbs with the minced meat.

For those who wish, we can bread the products. Classic nuggets and schnitzels are possible, but we score especially well with our filled products. What about a breaded portion of veal, filled with a light tomato sauce and Mediterranean vegetables. Or a breaded portion of chicken meat, filled with creamed spinach and pieces of omelette.

All products are precooked and IQF, which accelerates their use in kitchens.
