Shortcrust Pastry is made from premium quality flour, vegetable margarine and yeast. Once baked, it does not puff, but becomes crumbly and delicious. It is suitable for savory and sweet tarts, crunchy pies, quiche lorraine and more.

Each package contains 2 pre-rolled sheets.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in freezer (-18 °C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase. Once thawed do not refreeze.

SHELF LIFE: 18 months from production date.
