SMOKED SEA BREAM
The smoked sea bream releases a precise and delicate taste harmonized by the aromas of beech. Its meats, among the most appreciated by gourmets, are versatile, thanks to their lightness and the high quality of their flesh.
We employ artisanal processing methods (the fish is hung in ventilated chambers for dry-salting and cold smoking) and we exclusively use natural ingredients avoiding any chemical additives.
- Storage conditions : If fresh at a controlled temperature between 0° C and 4° C, away from the light. If frozen at a controlled temperature -18° C.
