Sorbfruit:
Sorbfruit is the sorbet with a long shelf life produced by Pasticceria Quadrifoglio. If it is stored at a temperature below 20 ° C, it can be kept for up to 6 months. Like Sorbissimo it is ready to serve. Just shake the bottle, open it and pour into the classical flute or normal glasses.
Sorbfruit can also be tweaked with the addition of vodka, gin, rum or fresh fruit. And just like Sorbissimo, it is a product that should be served very cold!
The ideal temperature is -2 ° / -6 ° C, simply put the bottle into the freezer for 1 hour until it gets to the right temperature. Shake well, open and pour into iced flutes to bring home a specialty of the most important restaurants.
