SPADETTA
Spadetta is the smoked swordfish chunk, rolled and flavored with a mix of carefully selected spices. Thanks to the manual manufacturing process, the meats are soft and easy to slice.
We employ artisanal processing methods (the fish is hung in ventilated chambers for dry-salting and cold smoking) and we exclusively use natural ingredients avoiding any chemical additives.
- Storage conditions : If fresh at a controlled temperature between 0° C and 4° C, away from the light. If frozen at a controlled temperature -18° C.
