Steamed Gua Bao

LIGHT AND FLUFFY. SLOW ROASTED. SERIOUSLY TASTY!

Reminiscent of the flavours of Taiwan, my delightful Gua Baos are light and fluffy - the way they should be! Sure to impress, these Baos are simple to prepare and simply delicious. Steam the buns and serve with Mr Chen's signature hoisin pulled pork and a drizzle of Japanese mayonnaise.  Add coriander if you're looking for that extra flavour. Delish!
