Inspired to the culinary traditions of the Reggio Emilia area, this range of stuffed pasta egg is prepared using the finest ingredients and original recipes of the past.
How to enjoy:
It is used to realize first courses . The product should be eaten after cooking in boiling salted water (tortelli) or broth (cappelletti) for 8 minutes. When cooked serve directly with the broth (cappelletti) or drain well the product and season to taste (tortelli).
